Notre Dame's Unofficial News Blog

Looking Back: 2003

The 2003 recruiting class for Notre Dame was one of the best this decade. After Notre Dame won 10 games in Ty Willingham's first year, the recruits flocked to Notre Dame. Many of these players are in the pros or are about to be drafted in the 2008 NFL Draft. This class led Notre Dame to two BCS Bowl games. This class was one of the most productive since Lou Holtz left.  Here is the first part of the class.

This recruiting class was one of the best for Notre Dame and easily Willingham's best.  It had Brady Quinn, Tom Zbikowski, and Trevor Laws, among others.  Click!

A Coaching Change And Lying News Stations

Okay.  Today was the last day of the week.  Friday was a Snow Day.  Or so we thought.  It's 11:11 and there is no snow.  This snow has been imminent for a week now.  It isn't here.  I've been checking out the Doppler Radar non-stop, and it still says the same thing.  Rain/Ice/Snow (pink) and Modern/Heavy Snow (white) according to weather.com.  It's light snow according to WISH TV.  I wish that was here right now.  Is the snow flying over us or is Doppler just trying to get me mad?  Has a weather station every been right?  Did Notre Dame make the right choice by hiring former Georgia Tech defensive coordinator Jon Tenuta?  Find out to the last question here.

It's A Number Game!

Okay, before I address this blog, I need to discuss this terrible change FanNation has made.  There is no blog counter.  Why?  Was it that hard to manage?  Did it cause a bunch of trouble?  Did people suggest it?  I liked seeing how many people read my blogs.  Why would they make such a stupid change?  WEAK!  BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!  This is weak.  Also the Summer of George is on TBS right now.  It's hilarious.

Greatest Week Ever!

Yeah, I know I sort of stole the name from that VH1 show, but this is about the greatest Notre Dame football players and not what C-list comedians think about Lindsey Lohan going in and out of rehab 40 times in one day.  Top 10 Notre Dame football players in school history.  That's 7 Heisman winners, some of the greatest linemen in history, and some recent superstars.  They have been great.  Now before you click on the link you have to check out the players that missed the cut
