Haha, well, installing your system and getting everything set for the season comes before the defeating of the Cowboys. I think Zorn will be a pretty good coach, but we have to give him time to do what he does.

I agree with YardYoder...I hope Zorn is the guy, thats my biggest worry. I'm not quesitoning the draft at all, the real question should be can this guy coach. I'm very skeptical about him, but everything I've heard and seen so far has been great...I like his personality and his ability to demand a persons attention.

One thing I havent liked so far about him: I didnt hear him mention anything about beating the Cowboys in his intro press conference or at all for that matter.

The draft was great besides the lack of offensive lineman taken, but the receiving corps just became a whole lot better with Kelly, Thomas, and Davis.

Bill Cowher would DESTROY our team. He runs a different defense (3-4) and we have the personnel for a 4-3. To make the switch takes AT LEAST 2 years for just basic stuff, but to play like Cowher would like: probably 3 or more years. Then comes the offense: Cowher likes a POWER running game and I don't think Portis and Betts are those kind of backs. They are great tackle breakers, but they would rather make a move and head up field than to just power between the tackles...

We are NOT a Bill Cowher football team. If Snyder hires Cowher, expect to hear about an assassination attempt...

Yeah, I agree with Bombers cuz that game wasn't worth losing Jason. But Todd Collins is lookin' pretty good. His QB rating was like, 144.somethin' and you know perfection is 158.4... that's nuts. Let's just pray that he'll keep it up. As for everyone beeyotching about Portis, it's because of the OLine; nobody's opening up the holes. He's got no way out. If he goes to the outside, more than likely he'll be tackled in the backfield. But I know it for fact that we're gonna go to the playoffs. It'll just be like '05. Win one and lose one.

At long last, people I can relate to...that's right, ladies and gentlemen, Redskins Nation HAS ARRIVED!!!!
And it's great that we can hang out--and NOT worry about mutants from Dallas, Philly, et.al. ruining our fun.
Not much else for me to add here...except, we have Brett Farve to deal with this Sunday. It'll be interesting, like the LAST time I saw him @ FedEx.
I mean, throw a ball 55 yards INTO THE WIND...and overthrow the receiver??? If I hadn't seen it with my own eyes, I wouldn't have believed it.
At any rate, it should be an interesting game.
