I'm gonna 2k8..this is the first year that I'm going to have bought it...

BSchwartz, maybe try asking to be a starter and a few games after they turn you down let them know you are going to look at free agency at the end of the year. This worked for me somehow.

I hope they fix the career mode. I have the Show 07 for PSP, and it annoys me. My guy hit 50 HR and had 50 SB, at the end of the season the best offer I had was 1.1 million a year. Add to that I couldn't find a team that would use me as a starter. That was lame.

Definitely buying The Show for career mode alone, but I might also buy 2K8 this year.

Thugmeister, the problem is that if I play the games I always win cuz I rock at video games. I tried a season playing every game about a year ago and I went 80-2 and won the finals. The only way for it to be fun most of the time for me is:
1. Simming the games
2. Playing online where I am currently 47-12

in the Poll, I would get MLB the Show, but I have a 360 at home. I do have The Show 07 for my PSP, but with only a month left over here I don't see getting 08.

Lol same for me..I just try to cause as many wrecks as possible...however, at the arcade they have at the Mall of America they have this amazing racing game thats actually a lot of fun!

Personally I can do career but after a while I'll go to quick race, 100% (all laps), no caution flags, and pick a short track.

Then when the race starts I turn around and go backwards, slamming into everyone and maybe even causing a pile up. It's fun.

NFL head coach is terrible!

i hated blitz because there was no running plays and it was hard to pass

NFL Head Coach was one of the worst games I have ever played because, that's just it, you DON'T PLAY! You just make decisions which is dumb. It's just Madden without being able to play. Dumbest thing ever...

Showtime was my first PS1 game...I loved it. I just found it and I'm addicted again. Don't you think if they did the same thing only with better graphics and updated players, it would be a hit?

If the Madden Curse is really true, Eli and all of the Giants can be on the cover...
