The refs were against us today against the Cavs there was that play where Kobe went up for a layup and was hacked by Illgauskas and the refs called nothing. This game should have been a win.

The game against the 76ers was a good game for the morale of the team and to show who much of a force Andrew Bynum can be. The dunk in the first half on Calvin Booth was incredible. l fell off the coach when l saw that play!! But l look for the same energy against the Pacers who pose no threat unless we come out with no energy but l think that we will win because we will have Lamar Odom back after that tackle against Ray Allen.

I have to admit after the 1sr half I wasn't real sure about how we would do.Rad was really pissin me off and Odom was useless but they turned it around.They cut down on the turn-overs which was huge and the bench did real good in the second half.Walton is much different when he starts.Good job!

l agree. They are young and talented and can easily contend in the West but they just don't have the focus and PJ hasn't instilled that in them yet. They would beast the West if they had the focus that the 2000-2002 Lakers had or 1991-1998 Bulls had.

l think that we could legitimatley take the Boston Celtics. The Bench Mob can take care of themselves plus they're better than that thing Boston has called a bench and if the Lakers can keep the game close then we have one of the best closers in the game and Boston cannot excute at the end of games. Just need spectacular play from Andrew Bynum and LO and KB24.

Thomas I agree,but this is worse case.Chi would include Thomas as of now and Phx would include ATL 1st pick.I do think the Hinrich/Deng combo would help the triangle but matrix up front with ODOM and Barbosa in the back court sounds nice too.This is real tough for me! Either team would be pretty damb good!

l don't think that any of those two-player combos would be enough for Kobe. l would lean twards the Chicago deal but they would have to put in another player or two.

and remember the Phx trade is with ATL 1st rd pic and CHI would include Tyrus Thomas

This new poll was a toughy for me.Terry/Howard really wasn't an option for me.I do think both are good players but I think the other would improve the lakers more.I like Deng/Hinrich more for the triangle but if we go with Matrix/Barbosa we are getting a forward and a guard.This is tough for me! Hopefully it won't come to this but it might be better!

The thing I find somewhat strange in all of this Laker/KOBE business is that you never hear from Magic on any of this.Isn't he small part owner of the lakers too? You just never hear from him.I would love to know what his opinion of Dr. Buss is right now and Mitch.Plus I would love to hear how he stands on the whole KOBE thing.Everyone knows he is a basketball god so I would love to know what he thinks.Maybe he figures we have enough problems with this team so why make things even worse!

Luke has continued to improve each season. Hopefully he has worked on his D this off season. That has been his biggest problem in the past. ima hopin' he will have his best all around season. He also can get free to hit the threes from the corner...he just has to make them when Kobe dishes off to him.

The acquistion of DFish will help the Lakers in the point guard area and that will be the X-Factor when the playoffs come around. l am confident that the Lakers will advance to the second round of the playoffs.

I just have to say I love seeing D.Fish back in his laker uniform.He looks wierd any otherway.Welcome home!!

Well no doubt...the season is right around the corner....ready or not....i think with our 5 position we will have more depth...bring Bynum off the bench and not give him the bulk of the time remember he's only turning 20...we'll have Mihm & Brown to hold it down....at the 4 we'll be alright as for the 3 we'll have some good competition there...and for the 1 i like Fisher back to counsel Farmar because Farmar will be good...as for the 2

It would be fun to see KOBE,ODOM and Matrix play together but I would not trade Odom for matrix.I do not see a benifit.He would still have to learn the triangle.With Odom Matriix could get his own put backs and re-bounds!

Sure. l think that we should talk to San Antinio to get Robert Horry. He'll help in the Playoffs, pick up Gary Payton. Even though he is old he still can play defence and truth be told the Lakers are not that good on defence. He'll help and trade Jordan Farmar, Andrew Bynum, Coby Karl and Vlade Radmanovic for Jermaine O'Neal, Marquis Daniels and Ike Diogu. That way we now have a veteran team that, given a year or so will look like tha Bulls of the 90's because of the talent and veteran talent. l then guarentee that each and evey year we will challenge for the Western Confrence Title and go to the Finals a few times and win it once or twice. Thing is, Mitch Kupcake and Jim Buss are too stupid to realize this.

If we can pull it I think FISHER is more inportant for this team than most.He needs to stay.He is a key figure for the triangle.And we do need more vets like him.

l say that Jerry Buss gets rid of the front office jackasses running the horrible show. Then get some people who want to see this team succeed and then make a trade for Jermaine O'Neal, Jason Kidd, or anybody else that can come in and make something happen now. Here are the guys l don't reccomend trading unless you get a really good deal that only Mitch Kupcake and Jim Buss would pass up: Kobe is off limits he's the best in the game, Lamar Odom, Luke Walton, Jarvis Crittenton, or Maurice Evens (only because l like him). Anyone else is fair game.

Did really well against Brazil once again.The first half looked somewhat close then bye bye! It sucks they even have to play Mex tonight they will beat them by what 70 points? I don't think mex has even won 1 game.
