I seriously thought that they had just given up on FN Support......I really didn't think it existed anymore.

I used to be able to fanmail FN Support and get responses, but I haven't gotten anything back on issues for a couple of years.

Count me IN!!! The FanNation Support group has become the biggest joke on FN ... and that takes some doing! They aren't just useless and lame ... they just AREN'T! PERIOD!
