Hey, this is my first blog for Pre's People, which is a group for people that run. Competitively, for fun, for times, it doesn't matter. So this is the first blog for Pre's People, a group for all you runner's out there, in a while, so I will try to make it short.On June 1, I ran my first 5K since November, 2007, in an effort to gauge where I am before my cross country training really kicks in. With spring track around the corner for most people there will be those long winter and early spring runs and soon those short and fast runs in the warm weather. Everyone wants to PR in their races since it is the greatest felling you can get as a runner. I remember people talking about wanting to post PR's but we can also say how we progressed and how much time we have taken off out PR's.
