BIGG Thoughts (Week 9)
It's Football Night in America, with Michaels and Madden. Eagles vs Cowboys, The richkid Romo vs the veteran McNabb. The Cowboys are coming off the bye week, rested and ready to play. The Eagles are coming off an impressive offensive game against a stiff defensive test in the Vikings. This game is going to be your regular NFC East slugfest, between two teams that clearly dislike/hate each other.
Offensively the Eagles need to continue where they left off last week. They were better in the redzone finally, but still have some room for improvement if they hope to stay close in this one. This one promisies to be high scoring and if the Eagles sputter in the redzone, they'll be a half lap behind in this track meet. Westbrook will have an average game running, but should have a few catches for big yards. The McNabb to Brown connection needs to continue, and should as Brown makes 7 grabs for 95 yds and a TD. Curtis should be able to test the slower Cowboys DBs, and as long as McNabb has time to be accurate, he should be successful going deep. Look for Curtis to have 4 catches and 130 yards with 2 scores.
