Any fool can drive in a circle. There is no skill as far as i am aware of. Now Formula 1. Indy, Gran Prix, Moto GP, World Superbike even drifting and dragracing takes real skill. We are being force fed nascar by fox, speed and the newspapers. Now speed has a american idol type show that is nascr inspired. When is the rest of the racing world going to step up and demand their fair share of advertising and marketing for our favorite racing groups. I am not anti American but I do believe in fairness and respect for the rest of the racing world. Also is nascar has so much power why dont they just start their network so we can get on with real racing? Oops then we wouldnt be able to accomodate the rednecks with satellite or cable or even tv as naascar could get their own network.

Then get in a two+ ton car in 120+ degree heat inside the car all the while avoiding others who want to win while driving around in almost 100 degree weather. Sound easy? Do it them.

i think it is **** how they have nascar now and they commentate on races. there is no skill. put ur foot on the pedal harder and swurve around so u dont get hit. how can u predict stuff or startegize like in baseball or football? u can't, nascar is no sport
