In a word, yes, they did.I mean, why in the world would they have Jeff Van Gundy announcing games. He's terrible. Not only is he focused on the most irrelevant minutiae that he frequently brings up (Who can forget his idiotic plea that there should be a seventh foul?), but he is clearly rooting against the Jazz. And for good reason. The Jazz got him fired. Just three weeks ago, Van Gundy was the Rockets head coach until the Jazz beat the Rockets out of the playoffs.It was the end of the Rockets' season, and the end of Van Gundy's time in Houston. Here are some facts about Steve Javie. He once threw out the Bullets' mascot. And he once ejected the Trail Blazers' announcer. Throwing out Derek Fisher was worse.Derek Fisher was innocent.  If anybody should have been thrown out, it should have been Manu Ginobili.Just like that, Steve Javie stole the Jazz's season. As soon as I saw Steve Javie was going to be reffing Game 4, I immediately gasped, "Oh no! We've lost!"What transpired over the next 2 1/2 hours sadly vindicated my statement.Javie is a Jazz-hater, who will purposefully and hatefully screw the Jazz every game he plays. I think Millsap will be a better player than Harpring. As for being a floormate for Boozer, I wonder about that. Obviously, the two will be compatible together. But will the time come when the Millsap replaces Boozer? I wonder ...
