This is the new FANNATION Congress. Keeper has said he dosent want to do this anymore, and he is "taking a break". In order to improve the site, we need a govt. Thats why i am creating this group. There will be two houses of the goovt.- the People's house, and the house of electors. Anyone can join the people's house.
