Hello,

So talks with Nasri are at a halt, says Arsene. Apparently Marseille is hoping Nasri have a great show at Euro 2008 and that they will be able to get a few more millions out of Arsenal. This is very annoying, but was always likely to happen. Lets all hope France plays terribly and doesn't get out of it's group...*laughs*

In other transfer news, the club is said to admire Hamburg's Piotr Trochowski immensely, and look for a deal to get done there after the Euros as well. Trochowski is a good technical player with a nice shot from distance.

Adebayor guaranteed his future at the club, saying he wanted to win trophies before he moves on, if he ever does. I guess this is good for us. I have said this before, I don't think he has the composure to become the top scorer in the Prem like he has the potential to be. If he figures himself out he could score 30 goals a year. He should have had 32 in the Prem by my count....

In other news, Barcelona have said they are willing to pay 18 million pounds at the most, or swap players...who do they have that we could want? *laughs*

A player swap would be good, Hleb for Yaya Toure....

A French tabloid has reported that we have signed Samir Nasri for 12.5 million pounds (25 million dollars). I'm waiting for this to become official before i delve into Nasri fully, but I have always valued him at around 15 or 16 million pounds.

In other news, Jozy Altidore has been linked not only with Newcastle United, but Portsmouth, Juventus, and us apparently. I don't know the quality of this rumor, but it is out there.

Even though Vela is a young hotshot i still think we need more expieriance, especially if Adebayor leaves !!!
That saying, every one said Alex Ferguson counldnt win a championship with youngsters and well the rest is history.
Definatlly want to see Wenger spend some cash for a change, just not on some over priced/rated player that happens to have had a good European Championship..
