There are two things that really effect how you hit your ball.Bottom EnglishAnd Upper English. For Bottom English, you need to hit the ball near the bottom of it, but not too low or you will make the ball jump. If you hit it right, once the cue ball hits the ball you are trying to hit, the cue ball will stop once it hits, and won't follow the ball into the pocket, thus; avoiding a scratch.Next up is upper english. I play in a 9 ball apa tournment every thursday. Im pretty good my skill level is a 4. LOL . I would like to know how they rank people's skill level?I see people that are 3's that beat 6's all the time and the people that are 3's ,the skill level still stays a 3??? How is that???
