This week I found out that Toledo head coach Tom Amstutz and Kansas State head coach Ron Prince will not return as head coaches next year. I found both firings kind of odd, as Amstutz is a big hero in Toledo and has just fallen on some tough years and Prince has only been at K-State 3 years, which to me is still too early to fire a head coach. Think about it: He's still playing with some of Bill Snyder's players. I think that Prince must have done something that angered the AD and led him to being fired. Brewers Hire Ken Macha: Good or Bad?

I found out tonight while I was watching the Cincinnati vs South Florida college football game(The score is currently USF 10- CIN 17) when I saw that the Brewers had hired a new manager to take over for Ned Yost. Low and behold it was Ken Macha, the guy I was really pulling for. I don't really know why I do, but I've always liked Macha ever since he was the manager of the A's. He did what I thought was a great job in Oakland, leaving the A's in 2006 with a record of 368-280 and two AL West titles(I guess I also hoped he would do good because I have 5…

It was announced this week that Tyrone Willingham will step down after this season as Washington Head Coach. The 0-7 Huskies are horrible, but now they look to have called it a season and will be looking for a leader to help rebuild. Here's 5 people they should at least consider: Lane Kiffin, former Oakland Raiders HC - Kiffin would be a good hire in this situation.
