It was an eventful weekend for Pittsburgh. The Pirates beat the shhhh...uh, crap out of the Padres, the Penguins came back from a 3-0 deficit to beat the Flyers and advance in the playoffs. And, finally, the NFL Draft. The day that should be considered a national holiday in my book...
Gotta say the Steelers had a heck of a draft. Not a ton of flash but plenty of quality men to fill out the depth chart. If nothing else with these rookies, they bring some interesting nicknames to the team (Ziggy, Sonny, The Tank). It will be interesting to see what this draft class does over the next…
