With the recent NBA Draft Lottery, we saw a team that deserved the top pick get passed by two better teams, the Washington Wizards and the Philidelphia 76ers. This year has seemed to be the final straw for fans who oppose the Draft Lottery, with more ESPN articles and Twitters about it.
To figure out the best way to do a Draft Lottery is a nightmare. You want to have the worst team get the pick but if you don't want anyone tanking to get the number 1 pick. With a lottery though, teams don't tank and then the teams deserving of a number 1 pick get robbed.
