I wanted to mention a few names we don't hear much when talking about the Patriots.  It seems that the offense gets most of the credit for wins and it is much deserved for that last win against the Jets, but we as Pats fans have come to expect that from our offense. Stevan Ridley and Shane Vereen did a great job in the running game and as usual. The passing game speaks for itself with Vereen and Welker leading the way.Now for the guys on the other side of the ball. Our defense was excellent on Thursday night. I started getting a little nervous towards the end of the 4th quarter, if not for a fumble by the Bronco, this game could have turned out different. It seemed to me that the Pats may have thought the game was in the bag, but I never say its over with Manning on the field. We got the win and that's the important part and I think we played very well for most of the game.  We really haven't had a good running game for a long time and now I thik we have a decent game of running and passing.
