Message to the nets though, why is Jason Collins still suiting up for the nets, why is Antwon Wright still playing in games, These two nets players irks the living day lights out of me, jason gets what 3 rebounds as a center, and scores what 0 points per game, nets I am 6ft 3 inches, I make more rebounds than that against 6' 9" guys in pick up games who actually can shoot. Since the GM isn't doing his job here is some suggestion, let go Antwon Wright, Jason Collins and Uncle Cliffy, try to get Mcdice (sorry for the name spelling)from the pistons, big enough and aggressive and get this he can shoot. Try to get a proven shooter like Juan Dixon from the raptors, and please get a big man that can move lateral and jump so that the nets can start blocking shots again, preferably Garnet if that is too much salry cap why dont you go with francisco ellson, he is way better than anything that you have right now at the center position, plus it isn't right that the spurs should have all the decent back ups in the league.
Jason collins and antoine wright are 2 or our best defenders (along with kidd). Collins completely shut down bosh and wright is a decent player in only his second year. we should definately keep both, not trade them
Actually Jason Collins is very good defensively. But, also the Nets were injured in the playoffs. We still took care of the Raptors, and will go even deeper this upcoming postseason, atleast to the conference championships.
We picked up Sean Williams who's going to be our energy/shotblocker/down low defensive presence. He'll platoon along with Josh Boone at PF. We got Magloire to backup Nenad, and possibly start if Nenad isn't ready to contribute coming off that knee injury.
