Since baseball players are prone to more season ending injuries if multiple players on your roster that are under the category unable to drop are out for the season can the commisioner allow these players to be dropped? I know in football you can only have so many on your roster so I figured baseball would be the same. I would just hate to get stuck with a bunch of injured players and no way to replace them.

Not in public leagues.
In private leagues the commish can 1) eliminate Can't Cut rule or 2) add extra DL spots so you don't get stuck too bad.
If it's an extended injury, sometimes the site--ESPN, CBS--might take player off Can't cut so you can drop him.
