I love the fact that Rutgers is 9-0 but scroll down and see why... their schedule is a layup... they are not title contenders.

having Rutgers as a 'power' however you see it means a lot of schools, Syracuse for instance, have a new challenge in recruiting. Penn State will also surely feel this change.
