My Opinion... Ben and her were alone.... had fun, to whatever degree that was will always be unknown... she didn't like it well enough to keep hush, and definitely not as good as the money and fame she can get from telling "HER Side" of what happened. Bens a NFL Star, they get swarmed by fans everywhere they go.....he picked one night to be a GUY, a horndog...and is now having to cover up for it. The girl didn't have the decency to just shut up. She didn't like it, that's gonna happen sometimes. Benny was probably a minute man and said something mean after it was over. Did he commit a felon though?...No WAY.
