Safina has consistently won on the WTA tour this year and apart from Wimbledon, where incidentally she put on quite a creditable performance, she has outperformed Serena, who by the way just lost to Sam Stosur. I think Serena should shut up and just focus on her game. Safina deserves to be no.1.
