Because football people realize Walters had an absolutely horrible offense to work with and got sacked about 1000 times. Walters is less expensive with a higher upside.

They're not going to carry 4 QBs. They're looking at guys they can sign later in the season in an emergency. That's why they're looking at guys who are NOT likely to be on anyone's roster come the regular season.

his videography skills were better his zoom to pan ratio is off a bit but the TAPRIOTS feel like they can get some useful film to help make adjustments to his portfolio
