OKAY, SO IM SURE EVERYBODY HAS HERD THE NEWS....! Jason David AKA ( Weakest Link) as i like to call him, is finnally off the roster. i could not be happier. im so excited to see how well our defense can be. he gave up way to much yardage. sure he made alot of plays, but if every QB that we play against likes to pick on you and throw toward u all the time, u have to make some plays sometimes... im sure if they throw that many times toward Greer or Porter, or even Jenkins, it will not end up like last season. that is what coaching is all about, u find the weakest link and u attack it... and it hurt us really bad, but the bad times are over, so bring it on....!

but the saints don't pay you to play good only against people ur size...
the average receiver in the NFL is probably in the 6'2'' - 6'3'' range and David was...under 6'
and ur right. maybe he did lead us in interceptions last year. so? we had a terrible D that refused to make plays and every quarterback threw his way 75% of the time
it was frustrating to watch and i could almost say i saw this coming. What, with all the free agent signings and the late (apparent) emergence of malcolm jenkins
this should b a good year

AMEN!!! Ya can't say the coaches didn't give the guy a chance. I am so glad I won't be hearing his name mentioned 5-10 times a games for blown coverage. As far as his interceptions...it doesn't do a whole lot of good to pick one off while giving up 2 TDs and 150 ypg. GeauxPro had a good point...its not hard to lead the team in int's when the opposing offense is throwing at you 75% of time. I got a good feeling about this team boys...that's all I'm gonna say.
