Sherdog.com is reporting that theNevada State Athletic Commission has ruled that Instant Replay will be available as soon as UFC 106 and that "fights deemed championship caliber" will be able to be sanctioned as five round bouts.

What do you think, Fannation, a good thing (both new rules), bad thing, or nothing?
