kudos to ben for fighting this i never believed any of it 2 many holes in her story and evrything now is coming out about her I hope ben and his legal team nail her to the wall ,,,i read her atty was saying that they were smearing her name well what did they think they were doing to Bens i mean...yea like it was gonna go ol ill play nice if you do but the sad thing is it will make it harder for real victims now and that is the sad thing of all this,,,,I think when the dust settles that she should be made an example of,,

i agree with you trixi but the sad thing is no one really know what happened but the 2 involved , im not defending ben , but im like you 2 many holes , and that being the fact i am a woman, but im just gonna throw this out there my womans intution is telling me this might even be a case of wishful thinking on her part its just a theory, hehe i read the doc about it and this woman evidentually is very disturbed, and Ben hasnt admitted to anything which i personally think that is a good thing he's been trashed enough, Imena people ar still trashing Kobe for admitting he was with that girl,,, and i think it will be a case of we wont ever know cause i think she has lost all credibility from what i have read, so in saying that i hope that all parties involved including Ben have leant thier lesson,to the woman you need to quit celeb chasing, Ben think twice the next time , get a decent woman,,and ambulance chaser(her lawyer) investigate a little better next time, cause after reading the santion motion that Bens lawyer sent and he didint do his job he was looking for Ben to settle is my guess and as we see that aint gonna happen and i am glad because then i would really ahve to think that there was more to it....so in that being said i hope that this ends quickly for all parties involved...but the sad thing is even if this is dimissed or dropped it will follow Ben for the rest of his life...
