Don't get any idea's about So.Calif. there Al, it is not going to happen.
WALNUT, Calif. The Walnut City Council has voted to oppose state legislation that would ease environmental and planning regulations for a 75,000-seat professional football stadium proposed in the neighboring city of Industry.

Notice the term 'professional football stadium', that takes a 'professional football team' to occupy it.
