Exactly my thought process. Why use prevent defense when you haven't allowed a big play the whole game. The 1 touchdown to Vincent Jackson was Stanford Routt's fault for trying to underneath instead of over the top. The linebackers were doing great and since they offense couldn't stay on the field in the 3rd quarter, the Raiders D-Line, who also played great, was beat. Terrible defensive calling in the 4th quarter.

JOHN MARSHALL SHULD HAVE PLAYED A ZONE BLITZ SCHEME TO THROW PUTO RIVERS OFF.

Whoever called it, whether it was Davis or Marshall, they need another option than that when we need to kill the two minute drill of the other team.

Agree 100%. Unbelievable call and the worst part of it, sees the shorts passes not once not two not three but 4 times and the defense coordinator doesn't adjust. I was almost breaking my TV of frustration.

Apart from that last bad bit, our defense looked fully engaged.

I like seeing those guys who've been silent for some time step up and show us why we picked them.

I was hoping that our defense would get motivated, and I think Seymour and Ellis have come at a perfect time.

Our guys can learn a lot from these veterans when it comes to hammering quarterbacks.

Let's hope this latest win against the eagles convinces the defense to use more blitz packages.
