The Big Ten has shed it's "3 yard and a cloud of dust" image. PSU, Illinois, and OSU are sitting on top of the conference with dual-threat spread option/passing QBs. But which would you take to lead your team? The consistent, efficient Clark, the exciting and speedy Williams, or the big freshman with the huge upside?
