Western Regionals start tomorrow. It is the last of the Regional Tournaments before the Nationals in November. The girls in my league practice 2-5 days a week and are super impressive athletes. And these girls don't get paid, they have to pay to play. Its all for love and glory.

2 Posts in 3 years is really sad coverage of such a gripping sport. Whip It comes out Tomorrow and is going to be big. Not covering Roller Derby is just throwing money away. You are going to want to post scores for all WFTDA bouts and cover the big bouts where power houses face off. And you are going to want to have in depth coverage of this year's Nationals and next year's Regionals and Nationals.
