What an absolutely GREAT pickup Heatley was. Zero goals, Zero assists, and a -3. I certainly hope he gets his head on right, else it will be a LONG season in SJ this year.

On the other hand, Kudos to Marleau. 2 goals to at least make us not look totally foolish. This coming on the tails of being removed from the captain spot. He keeps leading us like this, and McLellan's gonna have to think about giving it back to him.

Nabokov needs to play better. That was a pathetic showing by a goalie who has been our horse. If he's not up to par, we're in for a rough time this year.
