I have to say that this weekend's victory over Tampa Bay has gotten me a little more excited than really any other game this season. And this is why....

-The Defense showed UP!!! For once it would seem that the team is actually listening to what I've been yelling at the TV all season "PUT SOME PRESSURE ON THE QB!!!!" They brought the blitz, and look what happened!

-This team keeps winning the close ones. While it would be MUCH better to just win games 43-3 every week the composure of the O and D on this team to hold together in these close games really makes me feel like they can do something when it comes to the post season.

-We were able to take advantage of a SD loss. The Chargers are leaving the division open for the taking (similar to early last season), but this time it would seem that the Broncos will be happy to take that AFC West crown if the Boltz don't want it.

Let's not get carried away... but I have to say that I'm LOVING this season, after last year we needed a quick turnaround and GOT IT!!!!!
