NFL  > Chicago Bears  > What should the Bears be working on during the by?

The way I see it is tackling and our short yardage game. Tackling is usually OK but OK isn't going to win the Super Bowl. I think Lovie should fine any player who tries to make a tackle with his fist in his armpit in a wounded duck type of postiton trying to knock someone out. I saw at least one in the game against the Lions. What he is really doing is protecting himself and not trying to make the tackle. I think that we need to impress upon opponents recievers that we "own" the middle of the field by some hitting extraordinare. Not much fires up a team and crowd than a good hit. Meaning if they throw over the middle their player is going to get knocked down if not out!!! Tackling is a learned behavior that directly reflects on the coaching. Come on we are the Bears not the teddy Bears hit someone!!! Next I think we need a short yardage run game without Forte. Depending on Matt is too much for him all the time and shouldn't require him anyway. We can find someone on the team (How about the D.L. that ran back that kickoff in the preseason)Mckee or Davis or etc. I don't know who but if we can't find them on the team I think we should get someone to fill this minor function. Lastly I think we need to find a way to get Devin Aromashodu on the field especially in the red zone where his size will make a difference.
