I thought Norv Turner was considered an "offensive genius". I'm not seeing it. I think that term applies to Sid Gilman, Bill Walsh, Don Coryell or Mike Martz. That being said, Turner's offenses are too predictable, for example often running on first down. Question: if the Chargers don't make the playoffs this year, and it looks like it will be an uphill climb, should Turner be fired?
