Passed the Breathalyzer, barely. This is the second time Mikey has been suspected of driving and having an accident while under the influence. Should NASCAR suspend him and make him seek treatment? Drinking and driving is inexcusable, even if you pass the sobriety tests. If this was the NFL, Roger Goodell wouldn't have a problem making him seek treatment.
