Six games into the season and I am forced to ask myself one question: what do we have here? The Niners came out on fire, tearing through their first three opponents. They had us all thinking that there was something different about this team. Even taking into consideration that those first three opponents were divisional foes, the Niners still gave me reason to have hope. Alas, a trip to the Metrodome sent those hopes back down to Earth in a dizzying tailspin. I was thinking that maybe that dagger from Brett Favre took the team???s heart but I can???t be certain. One thing I do know is, by midseason, the misery of having no team to root for and just rooting against the teams that I hate is getting to be too much for me.
