the cleveland indians will definately be in rebuilding mode for the next few years. the problem will not be Manny Acta or the coaches, but Mark Shapiro the GM. So far under him the Cleveland Indians were able to build a good system from the draft, but they did not get good quality prospects in return from the trades of victor martinez and cliff lee. The nationals got a new GM and just this year alone i saw a big turn around of that organization. i believe the Indians need a new GM.
