So, Carolina has proven that they can play on the road and beat a national ranked opponent on national tv. Was this a big game for the Heels? And could it possibly turn the season around? Carolina play great defense thursday night and shut down Tyrod Taylor most of the game. The offense has some improving to do but it played pretty well on a chilly thursday night in Blacksburg against a 14th ranked team and a VT crowd that was very loud all the way up until a Ryan Williams fumble inside the VT 30.
