I can remember watching John Brodie of the 49'ers, Len Dawson of the Chiefs, Norris Weese of the Broncos (John Ralston was the coach), John Unitas of the (Baltimore) Colts, Terry Hanratty of the Steelers (back up to Bradshaw), Darryl Lamonica (The Mad Bomber) of the Raiders, Bobby Douglass of the Bears, and numerous others.

Does that make me old?.......lol

In fact, me, the Duke of Hazzard (aka Letsgoduke), Boston, GSH1 and a couple of trolls, discussed this at length on the "Matt Forte" board the other night.

I remember that game, can`t recall the score, but remember what a great game that was. It was fun times to be a Chiefs fan.

*Laffin*......I have no doubt he did. Beer cans strewn everywhere, food slung all over the walls.....upchuck in the toilet.......and not many comments on the subject. We trashed his place big time. But then, he should have not went on vacation and left us to watch over it for him......

I was wondering where Mongo went. He'd been sleeping for 3 days....where did you find him? Under the table?

It was really kewl. I love those older folks and their stories and the experience and love in their eyes!!! Then I went to mad ass party where I also played. Slept on B & K's couch dressed as someone in the fetal position!!! You really must warn me of these thread parties and I will put my ruby slippers on and fly around with you crazy flying monkeys! Of course.... Thats all I will be wearing!!! he he he
