I have always wondered if the Indians would have gone to the World Series in 2007 if Lee had not been injured all season. I know that it is very late to bring up this idea, but after seeing what a cool customer Lee is in the playoffs, it makes me wonder if he would have been better in the rotation than Westbrook or Carmona that year.
