IMO is a capital offense to say that any BBQ sucks. I have never had bad BBQ that was not fixed by going to the next BBQ place down the road.

BBQ is not made north of the Mason Dixon line. That is why you find it so hard to find the good stuff. Damn Yankee, go make a Pizza and leave BBQ to the Pros. ;)

Ahhh, BSB. Just because some one presently lives above the Mason Dixon doesn't mean that was always the case. Never had Dreamland but if you are traveling in the Atlanta area let me give a shout out to Fat Matt's Rib Shack on Ponce De Leon--great ribs and pulled pork and you generally can catch a decent blues act. That said, the ATL's pizza is awful.

aint nothin better than a properly seasoned and smoked boston butt. But it is hard to find correctly sized papers.
