NFL  > Chicago Bears  > Mid Season Report 4-4
November 8, 2009, 08:25 PM
We are half way through the season and we are 4-4...the two games that we gave away really are going to bite us in the ****...We can not continue to hope that everybody in the conference keeps losing, so that we can back into the playoffs, if we were so lucky...

My Mid Season grades would go as follows...

Defense D - it would be an F without the Browns & Lions....just to many yards given up
D-Line - D- - No pressure
Linebackers D - Missed tackles
Secondary F - Not enough time to Explain

Offense D+ - Turnovers and poor line play have made this unit just below average
QB C- - Turnovers...enough
RB F - crucial turnovers, and a very poor average per carry
O-Line F- - can't runblock, can't pass block
WR C- - To many dropped balls, inablity to fight for the ball

Special Teams B-

The Bears must go 6-2 and get some help, to make the playoffs...it is possible, but not probable...
