I was just as dissipointed as the rest of the Vol faithful when they hired Kiffen, then he made things worse when he started running his mouth and stirring up chaos within the SEC . But I tell you what, he has definitaly changed my way of thinking. I was a big Phil Fulmer fan but what he let happen to the program in the last three or four yeas is inexcusable. Kiffen has came in with his all star coaching staff and resurected the Pheonix. What they have already done in the short time they have been there is amasing. He didn't walk into a healthy, successful program like Myer did. He had to take the mess he inherited and and change the mindset within the program. And if there had been a little help from the offense Florida and Alabama would have one loss apiece right now, that you cannot deny. Monte Kiffen has built the 13th ranked defense in the NCAA in less than a year with mostly players he did not recruit. Not to mention all the underclassmen on that defense also. The SEC and the rest of the NCAA had better wake up and take notice because Tennessee is for real, and our coach is too. You might not like him and his mouth and his antics but you cannot deny the results he as gotten so far. Tennessee is still a work in progress and probably will be for a couple of years, but the foundation has been laid and the return to glory is not far away. Keep up the great work Lane, Monte, Edd and the rest of the coaching staff. GO VOLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
