I can care less what you say about Wade Phillips.

He has had our D steadily improving week to week from the Giant game on.

Our D is the reason the Packers didnt hang 30 on us with that debacle in GB.

Garrett is a bonehead, plain and simple.

How can you have such an awesome running game and only run 14 times while Romo is being blitzed beyond recognition???

Do not even get me started on the 1st and goal from the 1 play that he had Romo pass on with 6 min to go in the game!!

If I am the Cowboys brass, I let Garrett go, but since Shanahan is a offensive play caller himself, then you have to let Wade go as well, which is unfair.

To hang that loss on Wade, is not his fault.

Overall, Dallas NEEDS to take care of business the next 2 weeks at home vs the Skins and Raiders.

If they lose either game, they are toast....plain and simple.

With the Giants, Bolts, Saints and Eagles still left on the schedule, December will not be easy once again.

My "optimistic" guess is that Dallas gets to 8-3...if they do that, they only need 2 wins to make the playoffs at 10-6, but a division title is guaranteed if they close at 11-5.

With injuries looming and poor playcalling, I am less optimistic as we progress.
