NFL  > San Francisco 49ers  > 49ers vs Packers
November 22, 2009, 12:17 PM
Today's game features two of the elite QBs in the league as Steve Young and the 49ers travel to cheese country to take on Brett Farvra and the Packers.

Oh wait, that was when the Niners were relevant!

Today is a matchup between the two QBs that duked it out for the top pick of the 05' draft, of course the Niners picked Alex Smith and so far he has not been fruitful no matter what the reason/excuse may be, and Aaron Rodgers is a damn good QB doing it while runnuing for his life almost every play.

So who will come out motivated? Will it be the QB that got kicked by the 9ers or the QB thay got picked by the 9ers?

I am going to be a homer and say the 49ers win 20-14.

Davis cant do any worse then Smith, so why not

I saw Davis play in preseason, and I was impressed. He allegedly has some kind of handicap, but can't remember just what it is. But he played pretty damn good when I saw hime.

I've seen him do a couple of interviews and he seems like a nice guy. Question being has he learned the play book? I'm all for giving him a shot. Hurray for Crabtree catching his first touchdown, and may you have many more. Probably won't as long as Jimmy Raye is the offensive coordinator. After this game I never saw so many posts asking for his firing.

Raye has to go after this season. It seems like he has his offense regradless if the talent on the team fits it.

Last year Green Bays defense really sucked and it's still aways from being top notch, but the addition of Clay Matthews has shown that this kid will be all pro for many a year.
