The 49ers are now 3 games out of first place and need the help of other teams giving Arizona 3 or 4 loses.

Things do not look good for the 49ers and chances are they won't make the playoffs? Why ? One person lays in the way of the 49ers ever becoming a success at this point. That person is Jimmy Raye, he has to go at the end of the season, and if Mike Singletary is going to play favoritism with Jimmy Raye then he has to go also. Your in the process of building a team, and have plenty of picks next fall. Why waste that talent on poor coaching and decision making. they also need to replace Scott McCloughan with Mike Holmgren, Steve Mariucci, or Mike Shannahan. Good Luck 49ers.
