NFL  > Cleveland Browns  > 2010-2011 Browns Coaching Situation
December 7, 2009, 12:03 AM
Yes, I know that it is pathetic that all we can ever do is talk about NEXT YEAR, but I really think that we need to try and get Charie Weis to be our offensive coordinator. He isn't much of a head coach, but his offensive play-calling is still effective. Weis had success with the Patriots as an OC and had a great chemistry with Quinn at Notre Dame.

We have too many other positions that we need to address in the draft (not many promising 2010 QB rookies to choose from), and two quarterbacks that are still on contract through next year. There is no sense in tinkering with the QB situation, so we may as well make the best of Quinn by bringing in an EXPERIENCED offensive coordinator like Weis.

What do you think? Also, who do you like in next year's draft. Other good fits for the Browns include: WR Golden Tate (ND), S Eric Berry (TEN), RB Jahvid Best (Cal), RB CJ Spiller (Clemson).
