When the Bears dump OC Ron Turner and blame the season on him, (he is the Rex Grossman for this season) Should his replacement be Charlie Weis, should the changes stop their or continue with a new DC, HC, GM...

IMO their can not be closure unless their is a new GM, Jerry Angelo must be held accountable, and if Lovie Smith is willing to drop the cover 2 scheme on defense, he could be allowed to stay...if not pay him to go away

Does not look good for the Cowher coming here, the job he wants is about to come open, and I think he will get the Carolina Panthers job...John Fox would be a good DC for the Bears...
