MLB  > General MLB  > Can this be the turning point for the Red Sox?
October 17, 2008, 01:14 PM
Red Sox Nation is loving it, personally I am a die hard Mets Fan but I am also a Fan of any other team that can make the Yankees look foolish. That being the case over the years I have developed into a Fan of the Red Sox and I consider myself part of the Nation. Do not question my loyalty, if it came down to the Mets and the Red Sox ??? you know where I stand! OK, back to the point! Last night???s come back was something like **** tail; something that I wish my team can do in the face of elimination. Did this reality of defeat wake the sleeping giant, Papi, JD, and the others finally got into a grove? The Rays seemed to have the Nation on the ropes but in less than a blink of an eye the Red Sox deliver that one two punch to win and live to at least play another game. The Rays are up 3-2, but never underestimate the Nation! It???s not over by a long shot, history has a way of repeating it self and not too long ago I remember the Soxs coming back on the Indians and eventually winning the World Series. Stay tuned people, it's now or never for the Nation and if you are not a Red Sox fan it does not matter. Who else are you going to cheer for - the Rays - the Phillies, I have seen WET toilet seats with more personality & talent than these two teams. The Nation wants to hear WHAT YOU THINK!! Hit me up!
