It is becoming obvious both Bay & Molina do not want to play for the Mets. Neither is getting any other offers (surprising with Bay especially)& yet they will not accept firm offers from the Mets

Maybe they realize the team is going nowhere with them in 2009 & they do not want to join what they feel are a group of losers.

Unless Minaya gives them an ultimatum, it is time to move on & get whatever they can now before they wind up with nothing
