You are invited to participate in fantasy sport research assisting in my dissertation. The online survey will take at least 10-15 minutes to complete. There may be some questions that feel as though they are being repeated, however, the questions are just tweaked a little to assure proper measurement.

You WILL NOT be asked for any identifying information such as a name, phone number, address, or other personal identifier. Completing the survey allows you to enter a drawing for a cash prize. If you wish to be entered into a drawing for one of two $50.00 cash prizes , then you will be required to enter a valid email that will not be used beyond the purposes of this study.

Please feel free to share this link with other fantasy sport participants (i.e. Other league members, family, friends, or colleagues). Thank you in advance for your participation. Your input is greatly appreciated.
